In 2004 she and Phil began pastoring New Beginnings Assembly of God in Red Hook, NY which they served up until a few years ago. Marianne’s love language was acts of service and it brought her great joy to serve where it was needed. Whether it be flipping homes, starting a soup kitchen, taking in those who needed a place to stay, or cooking up a feast for family and friends, their door was always open. Marianne and Phil were always up for a new project. Marianne met the love of her life, Phillip Behr in 10th grade math class and have been adventuring life together ever since. Even after their passing, Marianne made it her mission to keep all of the family traditions alive. Her parents and brother Joe predeceased her. Marianne was born Januin Bedford Hills, NY to Patrick and Virginia Montelone.
